The website
MileTested is a static editorial website. We do not currently offer reader accounts, process product orders, or collect newsletter signups on this site. Hosting providers may process basic request information to deliver and protect the website.
Search and preferences
Site search uses a static search index. Search queries are processed in your browser. Review filters and shoe-finder selections can be stored in the page URL so you can revisit a selection. The finder does not ask for your name or contact details.
Analytics
No third-party analytics property is configured in this build. Click and copy events have local browser hooks ready for a future analytics integration. This policy should be updated before enabling a new provider.
External stores
Following a shop link takes you to a third-party website with its own privacy and cookie practices. When affiliate relationships are activated, those links may use retailer or network tracking to attribute a purchase. Read the relevant store’s policy.
Policy updates
This policy reflects the launch implementation dated October 19, 2026. We update it when the site’s data practices change.
